ARC ATHLETICS CLUB

Arc recently celebrated their 5th birthday, in that time they’ve built a strong community: hosting picnics, pizza and beer socials, Corteiz sneaker pop-ups and Rad Global ice cream van drops. They’ve curated a really fresh and fun brand as seen through candid social content on their instagram.

Throughout the week they run coach led CrossFit, Weightlifting and Gymnastics classes. They even mix a bit of HYROX every Thursday.

Members note that their favourite thing about the gym is the accountability, the dogs, the friendliness and the people.

Kairos Ldn

Circuit training, but make it gamified. Kairos LDN is a fitness community with a fresh take on your typical traditional strength and conditioning session.

Bodybylu is a South London female only fitness community welcome to all ages and backgrounds to elevate their fitness.

The club is guided by the founder and fitness instructor Lucy Robinson who you’ll find step & HIT classes are as vibrant as her personality.

ACREPALM

Acrepalm is an active lifestyle community hosting hybrid fitness events in London. Come for a nice sweat at their track and crossfit sessions led by qualified personal trainers.

Their workouts have an amazing intensity and atmosphere, but they maintain being surrounded by people makes even the hardest sessions feel lighter.

They’ve already done collabs with Nike training and Birmingham’s Rocup run club so expect more good ones to come.

Mindfulness meets movement, this community exists to help you improve your performance, build confidence and create meaningful connections along the way.

Join their high-energy Hyrox inspired training sessions which are free for Gymbox members.

Regulate is a London calisthenics club that emphasises that no experience or skill is required to join just a willingness to learn and push yourself!

Croydon Calisthenics

This East Croydon club is a dedicated space for sharing calisthenics knowledge, progressing and having fun expressing yourself through calisthenics / bodyweight movement.

It should be noted how they’ve gone above and beyond to advocate for their local area working with the Mayor of Croydon to design and implement a new outdoor gym in Addiscombe Recreation Ground.

Built by Barz

Built by Barz is a free calisthenics community organising meet-ups & battles open to beginners to advanced across all of London to Watford for men and women of all ages.

Recent highlights includes when their members met up to do 30,000, yes 30,000 dips collectively for World Dip Day. The energy and commitment is unmatched when they all link up and the group keeps on growing.

You’ll occasionally find them doing Pilates session, hikes and walk and talks too.
